Blah. blah, Japanese food, blah blah blah starving, blah blah all-you-can-eat, blah. You won't read this anyways so just look at the excessive amount of food you can get here. We just came back from Victoria, we were hungry, and this place is known for pretty good ayce. The service was sparse, but huge credit to all of them for being able to keep such a busy place afloat, and everyone generally happy. Huge credit.
They run a line through the order to verify that they've entered it in, and to have something to reference to if customers start complaining. Good idea. Anyways, the food was ayce food quality, but I'm really not that picky in these sort of situations. I liked the food, I enjoyed it. Maybe not the best quality, but shut up. If you really cared about quality you wouldn't come here. Stare at the food now. We'll start with appies:
Sushi/Sashimi: Salmon, tuna, korean sauce salmon, clam, octopus, saba, chopped scallop cone, spicy salmon cone, rolls that I cannot remember the names of, tuna tetaki, beef tetaki, inari, abalone sushi, masago, shark fin sushi, tamago, ebi, unagi, oysters..
Cooked foods: Gama, chicken teriyaki, beef shortribs, beef teriyaki, pork, shioyaki, motoyaki, Portuguese motoyaki, chicken karrage, tonkatsu, deep fried spring roll.. something. ebi and yam tempura.
Yea there were little quips here and there on how good this and that were, but on average I liked everything. And there's really no reason to speak about every
single dish...
