Victoria Mini-Trip: Tibetan Kitchen Cafe

I urge everyone who feels the need to comment on their own experiences at this eatery to read the entirety of this blog post first. Comments that have been left appear to overlook a number of points that address non-issues, and create false assumptions.

Furthermore, I am not here to personally attack the Tibetan Kitchen. Reading the blog post will clarify this.

First night in Victoria, and we were starving. Walked around a bit, hoping to avoid tourist traps, and ended up here, Tibetan Kitchen Cafe.
Before I go on, I have no experience with specifically Tibetan food. Did I know if what I ate was authentic or not? Nope. So I'm simply going on how I thought it tasted, and how I thought the experience at the restaurant was. Alright? Super.
That being said... I'm a little hesitant to write this. I'd hate to knock a humble eatery. I better be careful on how I continue.

Victoria Mini-Trip: The Dining Room

Impromptu weekend trip to the island? Yes please.
Oh, I know I already apologized, but another reason it took a while to update was because I was busy being bored to death on foot on an island inhabited by people waiting to die, enjoying the beautiful scenery that is Victoria (And while I am not entirely joking about the striked through sentence, I did truly have a good time).

While there,we visited Butchart Gardens, which has a few eateries located within the Park. While we could have saved some money and gone for the more Cafeteria Style Eatery, there was also a beautiful little place called The Dining Room serving Tea Time throughout the afternoon. So of course I had to try..

Tsui Woo Chinese Restaurant

I know; I've been emotionally neglecting my blog (and by extension all you fine folks), so apologies. I just finished moving, and am particularly enjoying my new place (a certain gentleman being partly responsible for this, hello).

AT any rate. This was quite a while ago, so we'll try to remember what exactly was what. Tsui Woo Chinese Restaurant. My aunt wanted some peking/beijing duck. Despite China recently, I was completely game.
